</p></li><li><p>Accounts payable, bill payment, and vendor management

</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate bookkeeping records

</p></li><li><p>Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers

</b></h3><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED required
</p></li><li><p>Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, or office administration experience
</p></li><li><p>Experience with payroll processing, invoice entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
</p></li><li><p>QuickBooks experience preferred
</p></li><li><p>Experience with accounting software and computerized bookkeeping systems
</p></li><li><p>Experience with DOS-based software is helpful but not required
</p></li><li><p>Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

</li><li>Onboard new employees and assist with staff coordination
</li><li>Maintain compliance with legal and governmental requirements for nonprofits
</li><li>Support ministry operations through IT, systems platforms, and software needs
</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
</li><li>Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative workflows
</li><li>Perform accurate data entry and record keeping

</li><li>Communicate with the accountant regarding discrepancies or questions
</li><li>Meet monthly deadlines for financial coding and reporting
</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information

</b></p><ul><li>Assist in managing internal and external communications (emails, newsletters, updates)

</li><li>Support content organization for social media, website, and outreach
