Cipher Digital a growing marketing company is looking for a passionate SDR (Sales Development Representatives) to join our Sales Team for its US based Campaign.This is an outbound Cold Calling/Prospecting job which involves outbound calling.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Making outbound calls to prospective clients and generating leads.</li><li>Schedule calls with clients.</li><li>Employing exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into sales.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and potential customers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a minimum of 1+ Year experience in (USA or UK) or in any other International Sales campaign.</li><li>SaaS, B2B &amp; IT Sales Campaign Experience is a plus.</li><li>Proven track record of success in lead generation, cold calling, sales, and customer success.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated strong sales abilities and persuasive communication skills.</li><li>Capability to make back-to-back calls and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>A strong desire to excel in sales and the ambition to grow with us.</li><li>Punctuality.</li></ul>Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM (Night Shift)Perks and Benefits:<ul><li>Salary Range: PKR 40,000.00 &ndash; PKR 80,000 Per Month(Basic) plus incentives.
