 Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.

 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess technical expertise, competencies, and cultural fit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection from hiring teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support fair and unbiased selection practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing the organization&rsquo;s reputation and values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent communication and structured feedback processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide consultative guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain structured recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to recruitment process enhancements and HR transformation initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.

 Onboarding &amp; New Hire Integration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate induction sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely access to tools, systems, and resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners, supporting their transition and early productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather and leverage feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness and employee experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Candidate Requirements
 
 
 
 
 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with strong process orientation and data accuracy mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
 
 
 </li>

 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s with minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
 </li>
