The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction operations combined with proven sales and client-management skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee day-to-day operations related to excavation, equipment rental, and material supply.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, equipment operators, and logistics departments.</li><li>Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on payments.</li><li>Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress and resolve operational or client-related issues.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in construction</li><li>Strong sales and business development background (mandatory).</li><li>Experience in excavation works, heavy equipment rental, or construction material supply is highly preferred.</li><li>UAE experience is required; UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: Range from 7000 to 9000</li><li>Performance-based incentives + Commission</li><li>Visa+Car+Petrol Allowance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon can you join?
