Clark Hill PLC seeks an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in its Frisco Office. A minimum of 3 years of Litigation experience and the ability to work in a team environment is required. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced legal practice is preferred. This position reports to the Office Manager, as well as to assigned attorneys, and is responsible for, among other activities, (i) providing the requisite legal secretarial and administrative support/clerical needs of assigned attorneys; (ii) preparing letters, memos, and other documentation, as required; (iii) entering client information into the system to run conflict checks for new clients, as well as preparation of supporting documentation such as engagement letters; (iv) preparing and filing pleadings with the appropriate court system and docketing dates into a central docketing system, as needed; (v) making travel arrangements and preparing expense reimbursement documentation; (vi) answering the phones of assigned attorneys; and (vii) entering attorney time. The salary range at the time of posting is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
