Cleaning Service

10 hrs shifts, we have a day shift and a night shift. Rotating days - work 2 days / off 2 days, work 3 days / off 3 days. 30 hrs one week and 40 hrs the next week. Shifts start at 6am for day shift and 6pm for the night shift.Please - ONLY APPLY if you can meet in person Sunday 7/12/26 or Monday 7/13/26 for a quick in person interview. You will be responsible for ensuring facilities and commercial spaces meet the highest standards of sanitation, infection prevention, and overall cleanliness. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute directly to the well-being of staff, patients, visitors, and clients alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of the facilities, including break areas, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.</li><li>Maintain sanitation standards by applying proper chemical handling procedures while using cleaning agents safely and effectively.</li><li>Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold a spotless environment.</li><li>Follow OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines to ensure safe manual handling practices during heavy lifting or moving equipment.</li><li>Use cleaning equipment correctly and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Adhere strictly to healthcare infection prevention and control protocols to minimize cross-contamination and promote a safe environment for all occupants.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven janitorial or custodial experience within a industrial / commercial settings.</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to chemical handling, manual handling, and environmental services.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.</li><li>Familiarity with housekeeping procedures is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards colleagues and visitors.</li><li>Experience with cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, vacuums, and sanitation tools.</li><li>Ability to work rotating 10-hour shifts reliably while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout each shift.</li></ul>Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that support health and well-being!
