As a Territory Sales Manager, you&rsquo;ll own your market and drive growth through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building. The Prescription for a Spectacular Sales Consultant:
This is a proactive, growth-driven sales role. You&rsquo;ll manage a defined territory covering South Texas including San Antonio and Austin, growing both new and existing business.<ul><li>Develop and execute a sales plan to grow territory revenue and meet or exceed goals.</li><li>Prospect, qualify, and convert new business while deepening relationships with existing accounts.</li><li>Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals, presenting solutions tailored to their unique needs.</li><li>Confidently present, negotiate, and close sales to drive sustainable growth and build a book of business from the ground up.</li><li>Excellent organization and communication skills.</li><li>Use technology, digital tools, and social media to amplify outreach and track performance.</li><li>Manage time and territory efficiently, including daily travel and occasional overnight stays.</li><li>Sense of style and eye for fashion.</li><li>Candidates must be capable of regularly carrying sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, requiring car trunk space utilization and lifting.</li></ul>

Schedule:<ul><li>Customer appointments typically take place between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.</li><li>Daily travel and possible overnight stays outside of typical/scheduled business hours should be taken into consideration.</li></ul>
