 What You Ll Do

 Provide production support for utility clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Debug issues, analyze logs, and ensure smooth system operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with SQL and PL/SQL to maintain and enhance applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate on system integrations, APIs, and data flows
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage tickets and incidents using JIRA
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We Re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong hands on experience with SQL/PLSQL
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of Shell scripting or Java (a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with debugging and log analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear communication skills, especially during high severity incidents
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with strong stakeholder management
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

 Exposure to monitoring tools, automation, or cloud platforms
