What You'll Do

Facilities Maintenance &amp; Repairs
<ul>
<li>Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:</li>
<li><ul><li>Drywall, patching, and painting</li>
<li>Tiling and basic masonry</li>
<li>Shelving and equipment installation</li>
<li>Floor repairs and upkeep</li>
<li>Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)</li>
</ul></li>
</ul>Preventative Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:</li>
<li><ul><li>HVAC</li>
<li>Plumbing</li>
<li>Electrical</li>
</ul></li><li>Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns</li>
</ul>
Site Operations Support
<ul>
<li>Travel between multiple sites(number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Chicago area</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational</li>
</ul>
What Your Week Looks Like
<ul>
<li>60% hands-on repairs and maintenance</li>
<li>25% preventative maintenance</li>
<li>15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support</li></ul>

</h3>What We're Looking For

Required
<ul>
<li>2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience</li>
<li>Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments</li>
<li>HVAC/R experience or trade school background</li>
</ul>
Work Environment &amp; Schedule
<ul>
<li>Field-based role across the Greater Chicago Area</li>
<li>Local travel between sites (home daily)</li>
<li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li>
<li>On-call rotation and overtime opportunities</li></ul>
