+2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the construction industry.</p><p>
Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.</p><p>

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels.</p><p>

About the Role</b></h2><p>
Colas Rail Egypt is seeking two skilled and motivated BIM Electrical Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Power Supply BIM models for major railway and infrastructure projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Develop, manage, and maintain Power Supply BIM models throughout all project phases.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate BIM activities with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, track, signaling, telecommunications, and MEP disciplines.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client specifications, and company standards.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination activities to identify and resolve design conflicts.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, reports, schedules, and project deliverables.</p></li><li><p>

Lead project planning and scheduling activities using Primavera P6, including preparation of construction, recovery, and look-ahead programs. Monitor and control project progress across all phases, develop reporting systems and KPIs, identify and report critical issues, and prepare extension of time analyses. Coordinate regular project reports, enhance team planning capabilities, and manage the Project Planning Department to ensure effective performance and delivery.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Main Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Taking the lead in preparation of Construction Program, Working Program, Recovery Program, Short Term Look ahead Program as and when required using Primavera P6 software.</li><li>
Taking the lead in preparation of various reporting formats setting the project reporting criteria.</li><li>
Taking the lead in monitoring and controlling the progress of key activities included under engineering, procurement, construction phases; collection of data and updating of Projects Schedules (Baseline, Construction, Short Term Look ahead Program) using Primavera P6 Software.</li><li>
Awareness of all the critical issues, which affects progress of the work and reporting of these in a timely manner to Project Management.</li><li>
Taking lead in coordination and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and preparation of Key Performance Indicators for all main trades / activities and cost centers as required.</li><li>
Taking the lead in preparation of the Extension of Time Program by means of utilizing required analyzing methods using Primavera P6 software.</li><li>
Improving construction management knowledge of the planning and construction teams.</li><li>
