Relationship Bankers build meaningful, long-term client relationships by exhibiting Breakthrough Client Service Standards and providing customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This includes offering sound financial advice, and often collaborating with internal Bank partners. Relationship bankers are expected to be active in the community and engage customers where and how they prefer to bank by providing education on digital and traditional solutions to achieve their banking needs.
<ul><li>Engage clients and prospects in client financial review(s) and business financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs. Make recommendations and follow through on commitments to clients.
</li><li>Maintains direct contact with external and internal clients, delivering outstanding service in alignment with the bank&rsquo;s Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
</li><li>Primary associate in the branch to open new deposit accounts and to originate consumer loans.
</li><li>Originates consumer loans and some small business loans and is actively building and maintaining a loan and deposit portfolio.
</li><li>Educates customers about the availability of services originated by internal partners such as Treasury Management services.
</li><li>Performs proactive outbound phone calls to current and prospective consumer and small business customers. May partner with branch Manager to do outbound business development meetings in the community.
</li><li>Develops a pipeline of prospects from in branch and outbound business development activities.
</li><li>Independently supports and resolves client issues with digital products and services.
</li><li>Supports the community, which may include events during and after business hours, weekends, volunteerism, and other forms of community sponsorship.

About You:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED, required.
</li><li>2 years of banking and/or demonstrated sales experience required.
</li><li>2 years developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in banking or retail environment with client Service and cash handling experience required.
</li><li>2 years in a lending function with loan origination and processing functions required.
</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Consumer and Business products and services.
</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in consumer and business lending.
</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending and basic business lending skills.
</li><li>Ability to understand cash flow, financial statements, and market risk.
</li><li>Demonstrates desire and ability to build upon technology skills in various delivery channels, including online banking platforms, Bill Pay, E-Statements, mobile banking, ATM, and business banking applications.

The pay range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00.

Work closely with relationship managers and business partners to keep them apprised and provide primary client relationship, direction and customer service support for corporate and commercial deposit clients. Provide high level of client service for all products and services, to include fielding client requests, via phone, email and other communication channels; subject matter expert for Deposit and Treasury Management products. Act as liaison with internal departments and vendors in helping Treasury Management customers and provide assistance on products and services. Coach and mentor team members. Provide role of team lead and back up for management.
<ul><li>Responsible for acting as Commercial Banking's primary customer contact for the servicing of all clients.
</li><li>Responsible for responding to a variety of complex banking questions and providing guidance with account implementation, funds transfer/stop payment requests and transaction posting problems and error resolution.
</li><li>Responsible for communication with Relationship Managers, provide updates of client matters, make recommendations and ensure that issues needing immediate attention are resolved in a timely manner.
</li><li>Answer incoming calls from Treasury Management customers and internal staff delivering exceptional service that exceeds the caller&rsquo;s expectations. Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating a sense of ownership, with a goal of one call resolution achieving established service standards.
</li><li>Communicate issues directly to vendors for additional support and problem resolution when necessary. Respond to a wide range of deposit and Treasury Management client questions and resolve issues timely and effectively.

The AML Operations Analyst supports the daily operational components of the Bank&rsquo;s BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs under the direction of the AML Operations Manager. This role is responsible for executing core AML operational tasks, including OFAC sanctions screening, AML alert processing, CIP support, CTR‑related recordkeeping activities, and other regulatory requirements. The AML Operations Analyst works closely with investigations, compliance, and business partners to ensure accurate, timely, and well‑controlled AML operations.
<ul><li>AML Operations and Compliance Support:
</li><li>Perform day‑to‑day AML operational activities, including OFAC sanctions screening, alert review, CIP support, and regulatory recordkeeping tasks.
</li><li>Review AML and OFAC alerts, conduct required research and documentation, and escalate issues or potential risks in accordance with established procedures.
</li><li>Support CTR‑related processes, including data review, recordkeeping requirements, and exemption‑related activities, as applicable.
</li><li>Monitor CIP reports and conduct follow‑up to resolve missing or incomplete customer identification information.
