Work closely with relationship managers and business partners to keep them apprised and provide primary client relationship, direction and customer service support for corporate and commercial deposit clients. Provide high level of client service for all products and services, to include fielding client requests, via phone, email and other communication channels; subject matter expert for Deposit and Treasury Management products. Act as liaison with internal departments and vendors in helping Treasury Management customers and provide assistance on products and services. Coach and mentor team members. Provide role of team lead and back up for management.
<ul><li>Responsible for acting as Commercial Banking's primary customer contact for the servicing of all clients.
</li><li>Responsible for responding to a variety of complex banking questions and providing guidance with account implementation, funds transfer/stop payment requests and transaction posting problems and error resolution.
</li><li>Responsible for communication with Relationship Managers, provide updates of client matters, make recommendations and ensure that issues needing immediate attention are resolved in a timely manner.
</li><li>Answer incoming calls from Treasury Management customers and internal staff delivering exceptional service that exceeds the caller&rsquo;s expectations. Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating a sense of ownership, with a goal of one call resolution achieving established service standards.
</li><li>Communicate issues directly to vendors for additional support and problem resolution when necessary. Respond to a wide range of deposit and Treasury Management client questions and resolve issues timely and effectively.
</li><li>Coach and train specialists and act as team lead to achieve a high level of customer standards and retention.
</li><li>Effectively handle escalated customer issues to resolution.
</li><li>Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities &ndash; knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
</li><li>Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
</li><li>May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
<ul><li>H.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)
</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
</li><li>4-7 years &mdash; banking experience, treasury management product experience, new accounts, lending loan processing or documentation and customer service. (Required)
</li><li>Advanced knowledge of bank payment systems, account operations, banking services and exposure to complex business entities.
</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Commercial banking products and services, operations and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
</li><li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels of business.
</li><li>Knowledge of general business acumen and practices related to analysis, accounting and financial procedures including market and interest rate impact.
</li><li>Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal and organization skills with ability to multi-task, handle complex issues and use good judgement in decision making.
</li>Advanced technical skills including Windows Office Suite, spreadsheets and industry specific software.

The pay range for this role is $26.38- $35.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. <div>About the Role:
The AML Operations Analyst supports the daily operational components of the Bank&rsquo;s BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs under the direction of the AML Operations Manager. This role is responsible for executing core AML operational tasks, including OFAC sanctions screening, AML alert processing, CIP support, CTR‑related recordkeeping activities, and other regulatory requirements. The AML Operations Analyst works closely with investigations, compliance, and business partners to ensure accurate, timely, and well‑controlled AML operations.
<ul><li>AML Operations and Compliance Support:
</li><li>Perform day‑to‑day AML operational activities, including OFAC sanctions screening, alert review, CIP support, and regulatory recordkeeping tasks.
</li><li>Review AML and OFAC alerts, conduct required research and documentation, and escalate issues or potential risks in accordance with established procedures.
</li><li>Support CTR‑related processes, including data review, recordkeeping requirements, and exemption‑related activities, as applicable.
</li><li>Monitor CIP reports and conduct follow‑up to resolve missing or incomplete customer identification information.
</li><li>Gather, analyze, and organize AML‑related data to support regulatory compliance and internal oversight.
</li><li>Develop a basic knowledge of bank laws and regulations.
</li><li>Controls, Quality, and Audit Support:
</li><li>Follow established AML operational procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
</li><li>Assist with audits, regulatory exams, and quality reviews by compiling files, reports, and supporting documentation.
</li><li>Identify potential process issues or operational risks and escalate concerns to management.
</li><li>Collaboration and Program Support:
</li><li>Provide operational support to Financial Investigations, Compliance, and other internal partners as needed.
</li><li>Assist with AML‑related training efforts and knowledge‑sharing initiatives as directed by management.
</li><li>Maintain familiarity with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance related to BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and other applicable regulations.
</li><li>Working knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC regulatory requirements and operational expectations.
</li><li>Experience with AML transaction monitoring systems, case management tools, and OFAC screening platforms.
</li><li>Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, evaluate, and document information accurately.
</li><li>Ability to follow defined procedures while exercising sound judgment and recognizing when escalation is appropriate.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
