We&rsquo;re seeking the right candidate for the position of Receptionist at Our Lady of Wisdom Community Care Center. In this vital role, you&rsquo;ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:
<ul><li><ul><li> Check the appointment calendar and ensure residents are ready for appointments.</li><li> Coordinate with transpiration aid for resident appointments - make copies of resident&rsquo;s current physician&rsquo;s orders, progress sheets, and insurance cards (when appropriate); place and have ready to send with residents.</li><li> Monitor front door and assist residents and visitors.</li><li> Answer the facility telephone number when necessary.</li><li> Keep proper clerical supplies for Nurses&rsquo; Station.</li><li> Any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or Administrator.</li></ul></li></ul>
The Ideal Candidate:
<ul><li><ul><li> High School Diploma / GED required.</li><li> Excellent verbal communication.</li><li> Good telephone communication etiquette.</li><li> Organized and resourceful.</li><li> Customer-focused.</li><li> Active listener.</li><li> Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking.</li><li> Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and fax machine).</li></ul></li></ul>
