   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>

   Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex

    commercial agreements

   , including software license, SaaS, MSA, partnership, vendor, and client contracts.

   Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on contract structuring, legal risks, and compliance matters.

   Support and advise on

   Requirements
  </strong>

   LL.B. from a reputable university and admitted to the Turkish bar.
  </li>
  <li>
   4&ndash;7 years of relevant legal experience in a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal team (preferably in the tech, SaaS, or digital services sectors).

  <li>
   Strong experience in drafting and negotiating
   <strong>
    commercial contracts
   </strong>
   .
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid knowledge of
   <strong>
    corporate law
   </strong>
   and experience in day-to-day corporate legal matters.

   Working knowledge of

    IP law

   Exposure to or interest in

Perform pre-sales consultancy by supporting status quo in client meetings, help the client decide the solutions &amp; service in alignment with expectations, help Account, New Business &amp; Engineering stakeholders to define strategy &amp; offerings (specific to a project)</li><li>

Drive continuous improvement, continuous delivery, and lean practices within the cloud team.</li><li>

Qualifications

AWS Solutions Architect Associate certificate is a must</li><li>
2+ years of similar job experience</li><li>

Experience in network, security, monitoring, compute, containerization, kubernetes, data, application integration, cost optimization, performance enhancement services and technologies on cloud</li><li>
Understanding of cloud architecture design</li><li>
