We&rsquo;re growing fast &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a strong National Sales Director to drive new enterprise and mid‑market B2B revenue across the U.S.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery demo proposal negotiation<ul><li> close</li><li>
Sell the Never Alone SaaS platform to SNFs, AL/IL communities, ACOs, health systems, home health, and hospice organizations</li><li>
Build and manage a strong national pipeline using HubSpot</li><li>
Deliver compelling, tailored demos that speak to clinical, operational, and financial value</li><li>
Navigate multi‑stakeholder deals with C‑suite, clinical leaders, and operators</li><li>
Develop segment‑specific messaging and ROI stories (SNF, AL/IL, ACO, Home Health, Hospice)</li><li>
Represent Never Alone at national conferences and industry events</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Operations teams</li><li>
Provide accurate forecasting, territory planning, and clean CRM documentation</li></ul>
Requirements
Experience<ul><li>
5+ years of B2B healthcare tech or SaaS sales experience</li><li>
Proven success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals ($50k+ ACV)</li><li>
Experience selling into post‑acute care (SNF, AL/IL, Home Health, Hospice, ACO) strongly preferred</li><li>
Understanding of value‑based care, ACO models, and post‑acute workflows</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>

Excellent communicator with executive presence</li><li>
Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare economics</li><li>

Technical Skills<ul><li>
Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms</li><li>
Skilled in live and virtual SaaS product demos</li><li>
Comfortable using sales engagement and reporting tools</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred</li></ul></div>
