CommuniCare Health Services is a world-class provider of health care services throughout 6 states. We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Support Repair Specialist to join our IT department.
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, that will be based out of our corporate office located in the Blue Ash area.
Estimated Pay Range: $22-25/hr
Duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Provide end user support Repairing computer equipment.</li><li>
Manage tickets in Service Now system.</li><li>
Hardware support, including desktops, thin clients, laptops, iPads, iPhones, android devices, printers, multi-function copiers, multimedia equipment and wireless devices.</li></ul>
Perform routine maintenance on all end-users&rsquo; computers as required.<ul><li>
Work closely with the other IT Staff to develop and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.</li><li>
Assist in final testing of new products.</li><li>
Setup and deploy all equipment orders for shipment to end users.</li><li>
Other Duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>
1-2 years of computer repair experience.</li><li>
Microsoft O365 Intune knowledge and implementation experience.</li><li>
Proficient in Service Now.</li><li>
Solid analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>
Great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.</li><li>
Highly developed communication skills.</li><li>
The ability to explain technical procedures in layperson&rsquo;s terms.</li><li>
Interpersonal skills requiring a maximum in courtesy, etiquette and tact, in order to deal effectively with all levels of management, staff, and outside vendors.</li>
Ability to work independently <li>- candidate must be a &quot;self-starter&quot;.</li><li>
Reliable transportation.</li><li>
Technical Certifications a plus.</li></ul>

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:
The position of Receptionist works to maintain a friendly and positive image for the center to callers, visitors, and guests through the responsibility of greeting and/or directing them.
JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department</li><li>
Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure accurate delivery</li><li>
Operate paging/telephone system as required</li><li>
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel</li><li>
Provide administrative support as assigned</li><li>
Participate in and provide scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure of self and certification of team and enhance quality of care.</li><li>

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:
The position of Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for maintaining CommuniCare Health Services (CHS) business office policies and procedures and direct supervision of the Assistant BOM. The BOM must be able to effectively communicate with the Executive Director, Regional Team, and Business Office Staff as well as interact effectively with external clients such as families, attorneys, and outside agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES<ul><li>
Minimum of High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>
Prior supervisory experience and management training.</li><li>
Must possess a thorough understanding of Medicare. Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care costing and analysis, personnel management, accounts receivable/collections, resident funds, accounts payable, general ledger, and management of information systems.</li><li>
Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.</li><li>
Must be able to deal tactfully with team members, other staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.</li><li>
Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles.</li><li>
Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel and Word.</li></ul>
JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Complete weekly BOM Admission Checklist and present weekly at morning stand up to reduce exceptions</li><li>
Verify and tie out the midnight census testing for validity and accuracy on a daily basis</li><li>
Reference Policy Midnight Census</li><li>
Complete admission procedures in absence of Admissions Coordinator</li><li>
Conduct weekly Medicaid pending/collection blitz meeting with facility staff</li><li>
Reference Policies Collection Blitz and Medicaid Pending Log and Meetings</li><li>
Complete root cause analysis on accounts that contribute to bad debt then advise Executive Director regarding types of issues identified and proposed solutions</li><li>
Complete insurance forms per request</li><li>
Attend Utilization Review (UR) and/or PPS meeting as necessary</li><li>
Supervise, organize, evaluate, and monitor all business office support staff</li><li>
Meet with resident/responsible parties upon admission and discharge to discuss financial obligations</li><li>
Complete and coordinate tasks necessary for timely and accurate billing and collection.</li><li>
