CFMC is seeking a new or recent graduate to join the team and help integrate AI tools into financial analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making.
This role is designed for someone who is comfortable using modern AI tools to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve financial reporting inside a healthcare organization.
The analyst will work directly with hospital leadership on budgeting, financial reporting, operational analytics, and process automation. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>Support hospital financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting</li><li>Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making</li><li>Build financial models and analytical dashboards</li><li>Use AI tools to automate financial reporting, Excel workflows, and data analysis</li><li>Develop prompts, scripts, or internal tools that improve finance team productivity</li><li>Assist with special projects related to hospital operations, reimbursement, and cost analysis</li></ul>

Requirements:

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate how they have used AI tools to automate financial analysis, reporting, or data workflows
Qualifications<ul><li>New or recent graduate</li><li>Degree in finance, economics, data science, analytics or similar degree</li><li>Daily proficiency using AI tools required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to use AI to automate tasks, analyze data, and generate financial insights</li><li>Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills</li><li>Experience with data analysis tools is strongly preferred</li><li>Interest in hospital finance, healthcare operations, and data-driven decision making</li><li>Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or data analysis tools strongly preferred</li></ul>
