 Conduct property viewings and site visits across the city

 <li>
 Negotiate deals and manage contracts through to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong client network and pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and new listings
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in real estate required
 </li>
 <li>
 Own a personal vehicle for client site visits required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required
 </li>
 <li>
 Real estate broker license preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the local property market preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus preferred
 </li>
