As part of our development in Egypt, we&rsquo;re looking for a <b>General Accounting and Payroll Specialist</b> to handle daily accounting and payroll tasks, reporting functionally to our General Accountant Manager and our Payroll Manager, both based in Paris. In this transversal role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations in Egypt, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining an employee-centric approach. General accounting:</b></div><ul><li>Maintain Egyptian statutory bookkeeping in accordance with local regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.</li><li>Lead the month-end close process for Egypt, preparing all necessary bookings, reconciliations and reports</li><li>Oversee ETA e-Invoicing/e-Receipt processes and ensure full VAT compliance in line with Egyptian tax regulations.</li><li>Manage withholding tax filings and coordinate the issuance and collection of withholding tax certificates.</li><li>Provide support to the payroll, P2P and treasury teams in ensuring all payments are done on time.</li><li>Prepare and submit FDI reporting ensuring all statutory requirements are met.</li><li>Collaborate with external accounting consultants and statutory auditors, providing necessary documentation and support for audits and statutory reporting.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Payroll:</b></div><ul><li>Transmit variable information to our external payroll provider (ADP Celergo) for the preparation of payslips.</li><li>Collect, enter, and upload payroll data; prepare and extract payroll reports; manage related tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with People Operations on payroll changes, including employee leavers, new hires, role changes, salary or wage adjustments&hellip;</li><li>Gather local specific employee data in case of new hires</li><li>Assist with the filling and submission of Form 1 and Form 6 for employee NOSI registration and deregistration</li><li>Control payslip and review payroll reports to ensure correctness before payments.</li><li>Ensure timeliness and correctness of declarations and payments towards the tax authorities, NOSI, and Martyr fund.</li><li>Provide support to team members and employees, addressing queries as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.</li><li>Handle Payroll audit</li><li>Help with various local set-ups</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cash Collection Specialist to join our OTC
</div><div>team based in Egypt. The role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring timely
</div><div>collection of outstanding payments, resolving disputes, and supporting overall credit and cash

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2&ndash;5 years of experience in accounts
