Short Description:

The Financial Analytics Developer will create reports, data visualizations and analytical solutions that deliver actionable information to business leaders. He/she will primarily utilize the PowerBI analytics and visualization platform to create, deploy and maintain reusable analytical solutions. He/she will analyze and troubleshoot user issues resulting from the use of analytical solutions developed. He/she will champion the process of redesigning reports that are manual today and deploying them into the PowerBI self-service framework to allow end users to access and use the information on demand.
Experience Required:

Overview:

The Clinical Decision Unit is on the first floor of the Kelemen building. We are a locked unit and require a badge to enter or ring the doorbell to be let in. The Clinical Decisions Unit (CDU) is a35-bed, single-room unit.The patients are typically here for observation or if needed to be admitted as an inpatient they will stay in CDU until a floor bed is available.
</div><div>Multidisciplinary rounds are done Monday &ndash; Friday. This involves the patient in their care and allows the team members to collaborate with the patient to give them the best possible care and appropriate discharge to home or other facilities.
</div><div>The Express Admit Unit (EXAU) is under the management of the CDU. There are 6-bed areas where the admitted patients stay until a floor bed is available. This gives them privacy and care while waiting for their room to be available.</div><div>
Both CDU and EXAU can have patients on telemetry for cardiac monitoring.</div>

May make appointments, including follow-up appointments for patients in a high customer service environment in an efficient and timely manner across the healthcare continuum including physician office visits, imaging, and lab post-visit and during patient outreach.
Performs and documents in a timely and efficient manner patient outreach and call backs for messages received in pool, MyChart messaging and confirmation calls. May administer vaccines and documents appropriately and in accordance with established policies.
May collect specimens and handles per establish protocols including proper labeling and safety handling. Assists physicians/providers with monitoring and reporting lab results. File all reports, labs, radiology reports and miscellaneous correspondence in EMR and attaches results to appropriate orders. May obtain prior authorization for medications, procedures, and testing.

Experience Required:

Overview 
 
 
Kelemen North and South 9 is a two-sided, seventy-six bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. Our staff care for a variety of patient populations, including cardiac, trauma, gastrointestinal, and psych. 
To support our staff are Clinical Nurse Managers (CNMs) which help with patient care, through put, and assignments. Nurses who are staffed on Kelemen 9 are required to have Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, which will allow competent and safe care for our complex patient populations. 
Experience Required
