Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our establishment.Duties<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems</li><li>Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods</li><li>Assist in the setup and cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables when necessary</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed</li><li>Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring excellent guest relations</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery</li><li>Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary knowledge and service skills</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous restaurant experience preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively</li><li>Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is a plus</li><li>Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments</li><li>Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry</li><li>Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services</li></ul>Join our team as a Server where you can showcase your hospitality skills while contributing to an enjoyable dining atmosphere!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $2.13 - $7.25 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
