Since then, we&rsquo;ve served over 4000 learners. Now, we&rsquo;re on a mission to create the largest learning community in Qatar within the next 24 months&mdash;and we need your help to make it happen!Our Background about ArtsWe introduced Art classes in 2022 to our community; ever since, we have delivered painting and drawing classes to over 1,000 learners. We have been working with award-winning artists.What we offerWe are offering the following Art programs at coursesindoha. These are annual clubs that help learners master technical skills along with artistic skills:<ul><li>Art Club (Ages 7&ndash;12) &mdash; Focus on painting and drawing</li><li>Painting (Ages 13+) &mdash; Purely focusing on improving painting skills</li><li>Drawing (Ages 13+) &mdash; Purely focusing on drawing skills</li></ul>Above all, clubs help students develop technical skills and prepare them for the Art Exhibition at the end of the club.Are you right fit to work with coursesindoha<ul><li>You're someone who loves teaching as a passion and is genuinely motivated</li><li>You're willing to go the extra mile to make learners happy</li><li>You understand how startups work</li><li>You're someone with the highest professional ethics and punctuality</li></ul>Entry qualification<ul><li>Must have Fine Art Degrees; practicing painting or drawing for over 5 years</li><li>Minimum 2 years of teaching experience</li><li>Fluency in English; bilingualism is an advantage</li><li>Have a strong art portfolio</li></ul>How We Work with and Pay Artists<ul><li>We work with artists under freelance contracts.</li><li>We pay artists on an hourly rate.</li><li>We pay artists every month or twice a month based on the freelance contract.</li><li>Hourly rates may differ from artist to artist based on many factors.
