This is a multi-functional role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can wear multiple hats, and is excited to grow with a mission-driven team working with a limited startup budget.Key responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Finance<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for a small business</li><li>Handle invoices, payments, petty cash, reconciliations, and monthly closing</li><li>Prepare financial reports, statements, and expense summaries</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control</li><li>Liaise with auditors, banks, and external accountants as required</li></ul>2. Human Resources<ul><li>Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation</li><li>Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and leave tracking</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and compliance with Qatar labor law</li><li>Support team culture, internal communication, and performance processes</li></ul>3.
