 They are seeking an Acute Infusion Sales Manager to drive referral growth, develop strategic healthcare partnerships, and expand market presence within an assigned territory.

 What You'll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate acute infusion referrals and expand market share throughout the territory
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities and create strategic growth plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve revenue, profitability, and referral growth objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and sales meetings with healthcare providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
 </li>
 <li>
 Support managed care initiatives and reimbursement-related activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate CRM documentation, call reports, and expense reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on disease states, infusion therapies, reimbursement trends, and industry developments
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, or account management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience calling on hospitals, clinics, physicians, case managers, or healthcare providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of reimbursement processes and healthcare payer environments preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Our client, a nonprofit community health organization, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services in a clinic setting. This role focuses on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving access to care for underserved populations.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing Provide patient education on wellness and disease prevention Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Support quality initiatives and population health programs
