We are seeking welcoming and friendly individuals to provide the back-office skills needed to allow our dedicated frontline support workers to flourish. As a Receptionist Administrator for Creative Support, you can be assured that the work you are doing is meaningful, and makes a positive impact on the lives of others.</p><br>

</p><p>The successful candidate with have a bright, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be highly organized, and able to demonstrate initiative. Applicants must have at least one year of related experience and be proficient at using computer software such as Microsoft Office.</p><br>

The role:</p>
<ul>
<li>Welcome visiting customers at our Stockton office in a friendly and approachable manner</li>
<li>Handle communications within a busy office environment with professionalism and efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage stocks of stationery and office equipment</li>
<li>Lease with interdisciplinary teams such as recruitment and training coordinators</li>
<li>Manage files in a GDPR-complaint manner: i.e. electronic filing, data input, photocopying, disposal.</li></ul><br>
