Your Mission
 
As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

<li>Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.</li>
<li>Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.</li>
<li>Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.</li>
<li>Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.</li>
<li>Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.</li>
<li>Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.</li>
<li>Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.</li>
<li>Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
 
<ul>
<li>Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).</li>
<li>Certifications & Credentials:</li>
<li>Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/ or exposed)</li>
<li>U.S. Passport & Driver’s License</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy</li>
<li>Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation</li>
<li>Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening</li>
</ul>

Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>Monday through Friday</li>
<li>Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM</li>
<li>Swing Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM</li>
<li>Candidates must be flexible to support either shift as needed</li>
