Job Description:
As a Talent Business Advisor (TBA) Senior Associate at Crowe, you&rsquo;ll play an integral role in supporting the execution of people-related initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience across the firm. Reporting into the Talent Business Advisor team, this role supports the operational and logistical needs of key talent processes&mdash;helping ensure a consistent, efficient, and people-centered approach to talent delivery.
You&rsquo;ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the Talent Solutions team and business units to execute core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce logistics. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your experience in talent operations while learning how HR strategy is implemented in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Partner with Talent Business Leaders and Advisors to support the execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards processes, and employee engagement initiatives).</li><li>
Serve as the point of coordination for operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), and relocations, working closely with relevant Talent Solutions and business leaders to ensure timely and accurate execution.</li><li>
Act as a resource to employees and leaders by addressing routine talent-related inquiries and escalating complex matters as appropriate.</li><li>
Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review by the Talent Business Advisory and BU Operations teams.</li><li>
Assist in identifying data trends or inconsistencies that may inform talent decisions or process improvements.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in all actions and communications.</li><li>
Help drive awareness and understanding of talent programs through employee education and communication support.</li><li>
Contribute to the implementation of firmwide and business-unit-specific talent programs by coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day project activities.</li><li>
Partner with peers across Talent Solutions and the broader Talent function to ensure consistency and alignment in talent-related services and processes.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>

Job Description:
As a Federal Tax Senior Associate within our Lead Tax Services group, you will play a key role in supporting large and complex engagements. This position focuses on delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities include conducting technical tax research, advising clients on federal tax matters, and assisting with the planning and execution of specialized projects. The Senior Staff is responsible for core compliance functions, including the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership, S corporation, and individual income tax returns. Experience with consolidated C corporations, FAS 109 (ASC 740), FIN 48, and multi-state taxation is highly valued.
The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, and apply sound tax research and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Temporary Senior Consultant &ndash; Financial Crime Audit &amp; Testing
As a Temporary Senior Consultant in our Regulatory Compliance Financial Crime practice, you will work with a broad array of professionals who take pride in providing cutting edge industry AML and regulatory compliance best practices to assist clients in administering a sound and compliant AML risk management environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) laws; internal audit processes and best practices; risk and control matrices; and design/operational effectiveness testing. This position would focus on AML compliance independent testing and internal audit engagements at institutions of various types, including large and mid-sized banking organizations, MSBs, alternative payment providers (i.e. Fintech organizations), broker/dealers, and asset managers.

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to map opportunities for automation by leveraging process mining and task mining tools (e.g., Microsoft Process Mining, Celonis, Minit, Apromore, ServiceNow)</li><li>
Facilitation of meetings with business stakeholders to refine project objectives and demonstrate preliminary results.</li><li>
Participate in client engagements, including workshops, training sessions, and requirements gathering, to ensure that clients understand the potential of GenAI and can articulate their needs effectively.</li><li>
Assist the team and work closely with clients to identify and prioritize AI use cases, guiding them in aligning these with their business objectives and ensuring feasibility from both a functional and technical perspective.</li><li>
