Job Description 
Position: Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office)
Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road
Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Flexible: afternoon /evening
Duties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including:<ul><li>
Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards</li><li>
Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections.</li><li>
Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.</li><li>
Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.</li><li>
Replenish supplies</li><li>
Maintain equipment</li><li>
Fill in for absent employees.</li><li>
Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports</li><li>
Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards</li><li>
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environment</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Must pass criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation
Must have experience supervising cleaning/janitorial crews

Cleaning Supervisor - Mason Ohio $18 to $20 per hour

Job Description 
We are seeking reliable and efficient Part-Time Evening Office Cleaners to join our team in Independence, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized office environment during evening hours.<ul><li>
Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting</li><li>
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas</li><li>
Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed</li><li>
Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies</li><li>
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces</li><li>
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard</li><li>
Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor</li><li>
Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals</li><li>
Secure the premises after completing cleaning tasks</li></ul>
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4p-7p
Rate of Pay $14.00hr. 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Proven experience in office or commercial cleaning (preferred)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently</li><li>
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods</li><li>
Reliable transportation to reach the work location</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>
Excellent time management skills to complete all tasks within the allocated timeframe</li><li>
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols</li><li>
Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment (preferred)</li><li>
Flexibility to work evening hours and potentially weekends</li><li>
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional office environment</li><li>
Clean Criminal Background</li><li>
Ability to complete onboarding assessment quizzes via computer/laptop</li></ul>
