About The Role</h1>
Current is seeking a senior, highly strategic Senior FP&amp;A Analyst to own the financial planning, forecasting, and performance management function for our expanding regions. You will serve as the primary financial thought partner to regional leadership, driving the analytical frameworks and forward-looking insights that shape how we allocate capital, evaluate firm performance, and accelerate growth. The ideal candidate brings deep FP&amp;A experience in multi-entity or PE-backed environments, thrives in ambiguity, and can operate at both the strategic and executional levels with equal confidence.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2>
Strategic Financial Leadership<ul><li>
Drive the annual budget, multi-year long-range plan, and rolling quarterly forecasts, with full ownership from build to presentation.</li><li>
Develop and stress-test scenario models to evaluate strategic alternatives, growth investments, M&amp;A targets, and market expansion opportunities.</li><li>
Serve as the senior financial advisor to Region leadership, shaping investment decisions, resource allocation, and operational strategy through rigorous analysis and confident recommendations.</li></ul>
Performance Management &amp; Insights<ul><li>
Own the Region financial performance narrative &mdash; delivering monthly and quarterly reporting packages that go beyond variance commentary to surface the &ldquo;so what&rdquo; for leadership.</li><li>
Define, track, and continuously refine the KPI framework across revenue, margins, utilization, realization, and client profitability.</li><li>
Build early warning systems and leading indicators that give leadership a forward-looking view before issues become trends.</li></ul>
Business Partnering &amp; M&amp;A Support<ul><li>
Act as a trusted embedded partner to firm and regional leaders, translating operational realities into financial projections and bridging strategy and execution.</li><li>
Lead financial diligence, integration modeling, and synergy tracking for Region acquisitions and onboarding activity.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Talent, and Strategy to ensure financial planning is grounded in operational reality.</li></ul>
Systems, Automation &amp; Process Excellence<ul><li>
Architect and continuously improve FP&amp;A infrastructure &mdash; forecasting cadence, reporting templates, data pipelines, and BI dashboards &mdash; to enable speed and scale.</li><li>
Champion self-service analytics by building AI Automation and performance dashboards that give firm and regional leaders real-time visibility into financial performance.</li><li>
Partner with Corporate FP&amp;A and Finance Systems teams to drive consistency in planning tools, data definitions, and reporting standards across the platform.</li></ul>
 Team Leadership &amp; Culture<ul><li>
Model the behaviors of a high-performance finance team: intellectual curiosity, ownership mentality, and relentless focus on impact.</li><li>
Represent the region in cross-functional planning forums and contribute to enterprise-wide FP&amp;A capability building.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2>
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive FP&amp;A or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.</li><li>
Background in professional services, PE-backed platforms, or multi-entity / multi-location businesses strongly preferred.</li></ul>
Technical Skills<ul><li>
Expert-level financial modeling in Excel; ability to build dynamic, audit-ready models from scratch.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, SAP, Anaplan, or equivalent) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>
Strong command of GAAP, financial statement drivers, and operational metrics relevant to services businesses.</li></ul>
People Skills<ul><li>
Executive-level communication skills, equally effective in a boardroom presentation and a one-on-one coaching conversation.</li><li>
Proven ability to influence without authority and build credibility with senior stakeholders through insight quality, not positional authority.</li><li>
Highly organized, with the discipline to manage competing priorities and deliver consistently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul>
This is an on-site position based at Current&rsquo;s corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida, with hybrid flexibility offered at the company&rsquo;s discretion. Candidates must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Tampa Bay area. Core collaboration hours follow Eastern Time (ET) to support firm leadership and cross-functional coordination with the broader Current finance team.
This role is member firm-facing and requires frequent travel. Candidates should expect to travel approximately 30-40% of the time, including regular visits to member firms across the region to support business partnering, onboarding, and M&amp;A integration activity. Candidates must be comfortable with a travel schedule that varies by quarter based on business needs.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Position Summary
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Accuity&rsquo;s Hilo office. This role is responsible for greeting clients, handling phone calls, supporting day-to-day office administration for a team of approximately 8 people, and assisting with the administrative aspects of tax return processing.
This position requires strong client service skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to balance front-office responsibilities with administrative and tax processing deadlines. The role will also work with other administrative team members across the Firm to support consistent procedures and seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and Client Service<ul><li>Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional, welcoming, and courteous manner.</li><li>Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist callers with general inquiries.</li><li>Help ensure clients have a positive experience when visiting or contacting the Hilo office.</li><li>Assist clients with administrative questions related to tax return processing, including e-filing steps when appropriate.</li></ul>
Office Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide general administrative support to the Hilo office team, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination of office activities.</li><li>Manage calendars and schedules as requested.</li><li>Set up in-house or external meetings, including room reservations, calendar invitations, and food arrangements.</li><li>Open, sort, and handle incoming mail for the office.</li><li>Maintain paper and electronic files in accordance with Firm standards.</li><li>Assist with office cleanup, maintenance efforts, and general organization of the office.</li><li>Handle copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and other routine administrative projects.</li></ul>
Tax Return Processing Support<ul><li>Provide administrative support for tax return processing, particularly during tax busy season.</li><li>Assist with gathering, organizing, tracking, and processing tax return documents.</li><li>Help coordinate client signatures, e-filing steps, delivery of completed returns, and related administrative follow-up.</li><li>Support the tax team with accurate, timely, and complete processing of returns and related documents.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client tax information.</li></ul>
Document Preparation and Correspondence<ul><li>Prepare, type, and proofread documents, including engagement letters, memos, reports, correspondence, and other client-facing materials.</li><li>Prepare client engagement letters, billings, and correspondence as requested by partners, principals, managers, or other professionals.</li><li>Assist with reports and analysis as requested to support tax engagements or office operations.</li></ul>
Accounting and Practice Support<ul><li>Deposit checks and enter receipts into the practice management system.</li><li>Assist with follow-up on outstanding receivables as requested.</li><li>Prepare time and expense reports as needed.</li><li>Support client billing and related administrative follow-up.</li></ul>
Other Duties<ul><li>Provide backup administrative support as needed.</li><li>Assist with special projects, Firm initiatives, and other duties as assigned.</li><li>Coordinate with other administrative personnel across the Firm to support consistent processes and procedures.</li></ul>

Education and Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field preferred, but not required.</li><li>Previous administrative, receptionist, or professional office experience preferred, but not required.</li></ul>
Work Expectations<ul><li>This position is based in the Hilo office.
</li><li>Overtime may be required as necessary to complete assignments, particularly during tax busy season.</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000. The final salary offer is contingent upon the candidate&rsquo;s experience, qualifications, and market and business conditions.
