Coffee Partners W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing Food &amp; Beverage business. The successful candidate will manage the accounting function across multiple business units, ensure compliance with financial regulations, support strategic decision-making, and lead the finance team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete accounting cycle for multiple F&amp;B outlets.</li><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Produce monthly Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) reports and management reports.</li><li>Lead the month-end and year-end closing process.</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger and perform account reconciliations.</li><li>Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.</li><li>Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations and applicable tax requirements.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external audits.</li><li>Process payroll-related accounting entries.</li><li>Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.</li><li>Implement and improve financial controls and accounting procedures.</li><li>Supervise and mentor accounting staff.</li><li>Support management with financial analysis for business expansion and investment decisions.</li><li>Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within the Food &amp; Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry.</li><li>Minimum 2 years in a senior or supervisory accounting position.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, Tally, or similar accounting software.</li><li>Immediate availability will be an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Multi-branch accounting.</li><li>Restaurant, caf&eacute;, bakery, or hospitality operations.</li><li>Inventory and recipe costing.</li><li>Budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Financial analysis and business planning.</li><li>Audit coordination.</li><li>Internal controls and compliance.</li></ul>If you have a passion for finance and experience in the Food &amp; Beverage industry, we'd love to hear from you.
