DVMs can work between locations.</li><li>Doctors and teams connected by constant live video between hospitals for rapid cross-location collaboration and support</li><li>Robust Staff - Surgical Specialists, Nursing Staff (two per doctor), Support Staff (cleaning, diagnostics), Front Desk Staff (scheduling, billing)</li><li>Commitment to the highest standards of medical care. Constant upgrades to equipment, medical practices, and hospital facilities. Heavy focus on diagnostics.</li><li>High tech hospital, integrated remote team of nurses and doctors dedicated to us for excellent collaboration and mentorship, as well as client care</li><li>No commission based pay - no sales pitch to clients!</li><li>Trifecta Medicine Mentality - Client Service, Patient Care, Hospital Team</li><li>Owners/Management - local family of 4 - working around the clock to improve everything all the time!</li><li>Generous and successful pet rescue program</li><li>Current schedule: 8am to 5pm 4 days a week, every other Sat.</li><li>OR three 12 hour daytime shifts, 8am-8pm Mon-Sun. No overnights. We plan to be open 6 days a week, with DVM schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off every week. We need two DVM hires to move to this.</li><li>Appointments every 30 minutes (per doctor) with a break in the middle of the day. Last appointment is an hour before close.</li><li>Low tolerance for clients who don&rsquo;t treat our team with respect and kindness</li></ul>Pay/Benefits<ul><li>$130-140k pay package (115-120k salary plus another 15-20k in benefits).
