Danone Middle East &amp; North Africa is looking for a passionate, self-motivated Senior Brand Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, to support the Specialized Nutrition Business (Bebelac, Infant formula milk &amp; 1st diet). 


The Senior Brand Manager will act as a key driver of the consumer marketing strategy across MENA CBU, covering +11 countries with key focus on Egypt, Jordan, KSA, GCC Countries &amp; Pakistan. 


The role accelerates brand growth, equity, and profitability by leading insights-driven plans, marketing excellence, and innovation agendas. 


You will act a strategic partner to commercial and cross functional teams, ensuring strong consumer connection, best in class execution and impactful brand performance. This role manages complexity at a regional scale, operating across diverse markets, managing agencies across countries.it requires navigating market -specific dynamics, regulatory environments, while adhering to Danone code of ethics and external countries regulations. 


The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities: 


A) Brand Strategy &amp; Integrated Communication Leadership 

<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of integrated communication plans across all markets, fully aligned with brand strategy and portfolio KPIs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Define clear objectives and KPIs and ensure all brand activities deliver against them.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure flawless execution of communication strategies across the most effective channels</li></ul> 


B) Digital, Media &amp; Consumer Engagement 

<ul><li>Own the strategic role of digital and online journey: social, CRM, influencers, mobile, online, website, ecommerce; and embed them into end-to-end consumer journeys.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Continuously monitor channel performance and optimize media and digital plans to maximize ROI and recruitment efficiency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop consumer online journey with relevant content, assets, and experiences that strengthen early connection with moms and improve overall engagement that prolong the journey</li></ul> 


C) Insights, Innovation &amp; Portfolio Growth 

<ul><li>Drive the Strategic Innovation Pipeline and support localized rollout of innovations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead packaging and labeling changes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct deep-dive insight work to anticipate consumer needs and shape future product and communication strategies.</li></ul> 


D) Performance Management &amp; Commercial Excellence 

<ul><li>Lead monthly brand and market performance reviews; flag risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct in-depth SKU performance analysis across portfolio</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage A&amp;P budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement in ROI.</li></ul> 


E) Cross-Functional &amp; Market Collaboration 

<ul><li>Partner closely with across functions to ensure integrated planning and flawless execution.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Guide market teams in adopting best practices, delivering impactful local activation, and achieving KPIs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Championing a culture of agility, data-driven decision making, and consumer-centricity across the organization</li></ul> 

About you

To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

Experience And Education:
<ul><li>University degree in Marketing, Business, or HealthCare</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum 6 years experience in consumer marketing, preferably in FMCG or nutrition, with at least 1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role</li></ul> 


Location:

Cairo, Egypt 


Skills:
<ul><li>Regional marketing experience working across multiple markets and cross functionally in MENA</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good awareness &amp; experience in managing media management agencies with a strong focus on digital</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Regional and science-driven brand experience</li></ul> 


Additional information: Travel is required within MENA &amp; occasionally globally up to 30%

The Regional Fleet Junior Manager drives the full mechanical and refrigeration maintenance function to ensure maximum fleet reliability, eliminate breakdowns, and guarantee uninterrupted cold‑chain distribution operations.
About you

Main Responsibilities: 

<ul><li>Diagnose and maintain the mechanical systems of distribution trucks</li><li>Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans aligned with daily delivery schedules</li><li>Ensure high fleet availability to meet early‑morning and multi‑shift distribution operations</li><li>Monitor and support refrigeration units to ensure cold‑chain continuity</li><li>Analyze breakdowns occurring during routes and implement permanent solutions</li><li>Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams</li><li>Prioritize urgent repairs for in‑route or pre‑route failures</li><li>Control maintenance costs while maintaining operational reliability</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and hygiene standards</li><li>Review maintenance reports and fleet performance KPIs</li><li>Build, develop, and lead the maintenance team and technicians to ensure high performance and operational readiness</li><li>Assess team skill gaps and create development plans, including on‑the‑job training and continuous technical improvement</li><li>Define, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for technicians and maintenance staff</li><li>Track individual and team performance against agreed KPIs and operational targets</li><li>Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and technical guidance</li><li>Motivate technicians through performance recognition, engagement, and improvement initiatives</li><li>Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team</li></ul>

The Mechanical Maintenance Junior Manager will be responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient production line performance by leading maintenance activities, managing preventive maintenance, and supporting troubleshooting and equipment improvements while ensuring safety and operational standards.
About you

Main Responsibilities: 

<ul><li>Ensure production lines meets target net efficiency.</li><li>Improve machine utilization as per maintenance KPIs.</li><li>Follow up on safety standards and the implementation.</li><li>Follow up on food safety standards in the production areas.</li><li>Oversee modifications, replacement, and maintenance of equipment to reduce the major effect and breakdown.</li><li>Supervise the day-to-day operations of mechanical maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed.</li><li>Develop &amp; follow up on PM compliance for production lines.</li><li>Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment from drawing.</li><li>Lead on the production line major breakdown troubleshooting.</li><li>Develop the root cause analysis for a major breakdown.</li><li>Assess, set &amp; execute the production line planned maintenance schedule.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to fulfill business needs and company plans.</li><li>Follow up on the critical spare parts for the highly utilize equipment.</li><li>Lead on minimizing the maintenance cost and services expenses.</li><li>Supervise the welder modifications in the factory.</li><li>Contribute to minimizing energy consumption and the losses within the production area and process.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering (Mechanical Power)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant role</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to manage &amp; develop effective teams</li><li>Proficient in MS Office &amp; SAP</li></ul>
