As a Senior Workers&rsquo; Compensation Adjuster, you will investigate assigned Florida Workers&rsquo; Compensation claims, evaluate claim detail, including Florida Statute and case law, to determine compensability and total value of the claim while setting appropriate reserves. You will also provide benefits and initiate state filings promptly while exercising discretion and independent judgement.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

<li>Authorize appropriate medical services as outlined per Florida Statute 440.13</li>
<li>Determine whether vocational rehabilitation services are needed for an employee to return to work</li>
<li>Coordinate light duty availability and reasonable accommodations with medical providers and employers</li>
<li>Maintain adequate reserves for life of claim utilizing reserve worksheets, ODG Guidelines, Workers&rsquo; Computation software and Davies Claims North America reserving philosophy</li>
<li>Attend client meetings as necessary, and maintain regular telephone contact to ensure client satisfaction</li>
<li>Maintain diary and workflow requirements</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of FL Workers&rsquo; Compensation Statutes and Rules, and their application</li>
<li>Direct defense counsel in handling of litigation claims with defense input, make timely decisions regarding litigated issues</li>
<li>Protect Medicare&rsquo;s interest in conjunction with MMSEA Section 111 Reporting requirements</li>
<li>Review claims for possible red flags</li>
<li>Demonstrate capability of identifying and pursuing subrogation, contribution, indemnification, or other opportunities to compel responsible third parties to bear their share of the settlement burden</li>
<li>Request reimbursement at least quarterly and follow up for timely receipt from excess carrier(s)</li>
<li>Adhere to client profile instructions</li>

As a Bodily Injury Adjuster, you will adjust third party General Liability, Auto Liability, Errors and Omissions, and Law Enforcement claims in which a claim exists for bodily injury, personal injury or wrongdoing. <li>Follow client guidelines for any claim denial</li>
<li>Obtain internal investigation reports from the insured (client) when permitted by the client</li>
<li>Professional and timely communication with the client</li>
<li>Determine degree of attorney involvement, if any</li>
<li>Always act with the utmost good faith in handling of the claim from beginning to closure</li>

We are looking for an experienced Client Accounting Coordinator who will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting functions for DCS clients in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial areas.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Prepare financial related information for clients such as monthly financial statements and other reports as needed or requested by clients</li>
<li>Assist Accounting Supervisor as needed with preparation of Corporate financial statements.</li>

<li>Present financial statements at client board meetings</li>
<li>Data entry of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions, including, but not limited to, invoices, cash receipts, or vouchers</li>
<li>Review work prepared by Accounting Coordinators</li>
<li>Train and mentor Accounting Coordinators</li>
<li>Manage Access and Excel databases and analyze data</li>

Davies Claims North America is seeking a Claims Representative I to join our team supporting the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA).<br>
</div><div>In this role, you will be responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving minor property damage and bodily injury claims arising from MTA operations. You will work under close supervision while developing foundational claims handling skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</div><br>

Manage a caseload of approximately 150&ndash;175 claims, including files with multiple claimants</li>
<li>Investigate claims involving automobile property damage, bodily injury, and general liability</li>
<li>Evaluate claim details to determine liability and exposure</li>
<li>Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate reserves (typically $10,000 or less)</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation, diary entries, and claim notes</li>
<li>Communicate with claimants, insureds, witnesses, and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Support the resolution of claims through investigation and settlement activities</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with client guidelines, company standards, and regulatory requirements</li>
