You will be responsible for processing daily mail, scanning checks, checking individual accounts for deposits and handling requests for reimbursements. <li><b>Banking:</b> Check individual accounts for deposits and enter information into client&rsquo;s monthly spreadsheet or ledger; send positive pay files to banks for applicable clients and review exceptions on banking websites; place stop payments when requested and upon client approval</li>
<li><b>Scanning Checks:</b> Confirm scanning counts of all checks and complete &ldquo;Check Count Verification Log&rdquo;</li>
<li><b>Check Distribution:</b> Checks are reviewed for second signature, check pulls, and sent to Clerical for envelope stuffing and mailing</li>
<li><b>Process Daily Mail: </b>Research returned checks for re‐issue; separate refunds for entry into Pay Management System</li>
<li><b>Refund Checks and Voids: </b>Entry into Pay Management System; deposit or return refunds per client specific instructions</li>
<li><b>Subrogation, SDF, and Excess Recoveries:</b> Place in diary for 10 days, then check AIM System for entry by QA Manager; if entered, recovery is returned or deposited per client specific instructions; if recovery is not entered, an email reminder is sent for review to QA Manager</li>
<li><b>Daily Registers:</b> Enter check numbers and total amount issued into individual client spreadsheet/ledger for monitoring of account balance</li>
<li><b>Bank Statements:</b> Mail to clients with cancelled checks/CD‐ROM by the 15th of the month; provide supplemental bank reconciliation for applicable clients; enter bank balance into &ldquo;Bank Statement Balance&rdquo; spreadsheet, then balance the monthly ledger accordingly</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls from clients, banking institutions, and Davies Claims North America personnel</li>
<li>File correspondence, reimbursement requests, and invoices in individual client files</li>
<li>Create client spending analysis for funding increases, as necessary</li>
