We are looking for an experienced Client Accounting Coordinator who will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting functions for DCS clients in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial areas.</div><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Prepare financial related information for clients such as monthly financial statements and other reports as needed or requested by clients</li>
<li>Assist Accounting Supervisor as needed with preparation of Corporate financial statements.</li>
<li>Work with client&rsquo;s financial auditors</li>
<li>Present financial statements at client board meetings</li>
<li>Data entry of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions, including, but not limited to, invoices, cash receipts, or vouchers</li>
<li>Review work prepared by Accounting Coordinators</li>
<li>Train and mentor Accounting Coordinators</li>
<li>Manage Access and Excel databases and analyze data</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills, knowledge &amp; expertise</b></h3><br>

<li>
3-5 years&rsquo; experience working in accounting and supervision</li>
<li>Preferred; college degree in accounting and/or CPA</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and supervisory skills</li>
<li>Good organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly</li>
<li>Advanced in Excel, Word and other software programs as needed (may require taking outside classes if necessary)</li>

Davies Claims North America is seeking a Claims Representative I to join our team supporting the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA).<br>
</div><div>In this role, you will be responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving minor property damage and bodily injury claims arising from MTA operations. You will work under close supervision while developing foundational claims handling skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</div><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Manage a caseload of approximately 150&ndash;175 claims, including files with multiple claimants</li>
<li>Investigate claims involving automobile property damage, bodily injury, and general liability</li>
<li>Evaluate claim details to determine liability and exposure</li>
<li>Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate reserves (typically $10,000 or less)</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation, diary entries, and claim notes</li>
<li>Communicate with claimants, insureds, witnesses, and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Support the resolution of claims through investigation and settlement activities</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with client guidelines, company standards, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals</li></ul><br>
