Qualifications * Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. * Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. * Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. * Experience with project management software is considered an advantage. * A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative. * Experience within the construction or a related industry is highly desirable but not essential. * Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Qualifications * Proven professional experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Experience with a statistical programming language, such as Python or R, is highly advantageous. * Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. * A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively. * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics. * A genuine interest in the construction industry and sustainability is considered a strong asset.
