 Key Responsibilities

 Plan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting activities
 </li>

 Prepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures, and equipment checklists

 100% compliance with HSE, lifting codes, and site regulations

 Work closely with project, safety, and crane teams for safe job execution
 </li>

 Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training when required

 Maintain daily logs, inspections, and rigging equipment status reports
 </li>

 of extensive experience in proposals, bids, and estimation for Turnarounds/brownfield within Oil, Gas &amp; Fertilizer Industries.
 </li>

 Proven expertise in managing/executing shutdowns, turnarounds and retrofit projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Technical acumen in proposals and cost estimation with a track record of generating new opportunities.
