<div><div>Position Summary:<br>
This position will consist of a variety of activities associated with the marketing and sales development and processes for supporting customers. This may involve processing sales orders; developing marketing content for social media, internal or external campaigns; creating new quotes and presentations for potential new business opportunities; updating information in a database used for sales and marketing; developing reports.<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Learn and support Design Ready Controls, Design Ready Fabrication, and EarthScout branding principles for internal and external initiatives</li><li>Support the launch and communication of company vision and customer differentiation</li><li>Develop and manage social media calendar supporting the company brand + brand awareness among all Design Ready Controls facilities</li><li>Customer PO order entry</li><li>Support maintenance and update complex customer service procedures such as RMA processing, warranty claims, etc.</li><li>Create customer management dashboard to included metrics such as order lead times, warranty costs, and customer satisfaction report cards</li><li>Organize and complete key customer inside sales tasks related to on new customer acquisition &amp; onboarding</li><li>Update and lead internal communication as needed, across all facilities</li><li>Schedule and publish summer blog calendar</li></ul></div>

In addition to all the above, this internship will provide the successful candidate with strong cross-functional education and experience in:<br>
<ul><li>Customer selection, qualification, and management</li><li>Supplier management, inventory management, and supply chain rationalization</li><li>Business finance management</li><li>An overview of sales engineering &amp; technical advisory sales</li></ul></div>
<div></div><div>Education, Experience and Skills:<br>
<ul><li>Must be actively enrolled and in pursuit of Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)</li><li>Good organization skills with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul></div>
