Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage orders from Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, and marketplaces</li><li>Conduct order confirmation calls and address verification</li><li>Coordinate with courier partners and monitor deliveries</li><li>Handle customer queries, complaints, refunds, and exchanges</li><li>Reconcile COD, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers, and online payments</li><li>Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/production teams</li><li>Generate operational reports and track key e-commerce KPIs</li><li>Maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, and inventory</li></ul>Requirements2+ years of e-commerce operations experience Hands-on experience with Shopify Strong understanding of Pakistan's e-commerce and COD environment Experience dealing with courier companies (TCS, Leopards, Trax, Rider, etc.) Strong Excel/reporting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentPay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently Living in Lahore?</li><li>How many years of Shopify experience do you have?</li><li>Have you managed COD operations and courier coordination?
