Job Title: SEO SpecialistOverview: We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that boost website visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search performance.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and overall on-page performance.</li><li>Develop and execute Off-Page SEO initiatives such as link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.</li><li>Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.</li><li>Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable improvements.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</li><li>A collaborative, dynamic, and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
