Meet the team:
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team at the San Diego Innovation Center of Excellence to support the development of products and processes, and transfer into operations, with a primary focus on advancing our applicator technology.
As a Staff Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day technical support for pilot plant operations and lead process and equipment enhancements.

This role presents an opportunity to join the EMEA Commercial &amp; Sales Training team in a capacity focused on enhancing commercial performance throughout the MEA region. The position is responsible for delivering and continuously refining impactful training solutions that strengthen the capabilities of Sales representatives and Sales Managers. 
 
The incumbent will work collaboratively with Country Commercial Leads, Marketing, Sales Operations, subject- matter experts and cross-functional project leads to ensure that training initiatives are effectively implemented at the local market level.  The Territory Business Manager represents Dexcom, calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care and providing technical expertise to customers regarding Dexcom&rsquo;s products to support continued and expanded use.
 
 
 
 Where You Come In
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Influence and support high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other health care professionals, office/hospital administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients.

 Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community
 </li>

 Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
