We are looking for a powerhouse Sales Closer &amp; Team Lead to manage our lead generation agents and close deals.We run an active, in-house call center that generates high-interest leads for our GMB (Google My Business) and digital marketing services. Your job is two-fold: lead and mentor our team of cold callers/lead generators to maximize their performance, and step in to close the warm opportunities they tee up for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Close Warm Leads: Take over warm handoffs from our lead generation agents, conduct high-impact sales pitches, and close the deals.</li><li>Lead &amp; Mentor the Team: Manage, motivate, and coach our call center agents to help them improve their pitch, handle initial objections, and generate higher-quality leads.</li><li>Optimize the Handoff: Streamline the transition process from agent call to closer call to ensure prospects stay hot and don't slip through the cracks.</li><li>Track Team Performance: Monitor daily/weekly call center metrics (dials, reach rate, lead quality) to ensure the team is hitting targets.</li><li>Refine Scripts &amp; Strategies: Update cold calling scripts and rebuttals based on real-time market feedback to help agents book more qualified appointments.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>The Double Threat: Proven success as a high-ticket closer and experience leading/managing a cold outreach or telemarketing team.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of GMB (Google Business Profiles), local SEO, and digital marketing services to speak confidently to business owners.</li><li>Leadership Skills: The ability to train, inspire, and drive a team of agents to hit their daily lead goals.</li><li>Pipeline Management: Strong organization skills to manage your closing calendar while supervising the agents' pipeline.</li><li>Results-Driven Attitude: Someone who thrives on commissions, team bonuses, and hitting targets.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Warm Pipeline: A dedicated team of agents feeding your calendar daily.</li><li>Competitive Base + High Commission: Get paid on your personal closes plus a performance override/bonus based on your team's success.</li><li>Remote Leadership Role: Take ownership of a growing sales department with room for upward mobility.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are a proven closer who knows how to motivate a call center team and run a tight sales pipeline, send us your resume and a quick voice note or summary of your experience managing agents and closing digital marketing deals. 03047598786Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
