We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive (* Google/Meta Ads Expert )* to join our software house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for SaaS, AI, and ML-based products and services. .Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.</li><li>Develop lead generation campaigns for SaaS, AI, and ML products.</li><li>Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion performance.</li><li>Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed analytical reports.</li><li>Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and campaign strategies.</li><li>Track conversion events using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager.</li><li>Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.</li><li>Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Work closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.</li></ul>Job Requirements :<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or relevant field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.</li><li>Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels and lead generation.</li><li>Knowledge of AI/ML industry trends and technology products.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Meta Business Suite , Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , Conversion Tracking</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience in campaign optimization and budget management.</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.</li><li>Understanding of SEO and email marketing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
