Job Description (JD)<ul><li>Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for software products, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML-based solutions.</li><li>Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.</li><li>Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to understand technical offerings and translate them into marketing content.</li><li>Develop content strategies including posts, campaigns, and promotional materials for tech products and services.</li><li>Track campaign performance using analytics tools and improve ROI through data-driven decisions.</li><li>Create and manage paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.</li><li>Monitor market trends in SaaS, AI, and software development to improve marketing strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.</li></ul>Job Responsibilities (JRs)<ul><li>Execute daily social media posting and campaign management.</li><li>Manage performance marketing ads on platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.</li><li>Generate qualified leads for SaaS and software development services.</li><li>Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.</li><li>Create marketing funnels for B2B tech services and SaaS products.</li><li>Research target audiences including startups, enterprises, and tech companies.</li><li>Coordinate with the technical team to understand tech stacks, product features, and AI/ML capabilities.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.</li><li>Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest optimization strategies.</li><li>Support brand awareness and product launch campaigns for new software solutions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing &amp; Paid Ads</li><li>Understanding of Software House workflows and SaaS products</li><li>Familiarity with Tech Stacks, AI/ML concepts, and software development lifecycle</li><li>Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies</li><li>Basic understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms</li></ul>Work Location: In person
