Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile apps.</li><li>Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.</li><li>Design visually appealing and user-friendly layouts consistent with brand guidelines.</li><li>Work with developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.</li><li>Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing.</li><li>Analyze user behavior and pain points to inform design decisions.</li><li>Create personas, journey maps, and task flows based on research insights.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.</li><li>Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and executives.</li><li>Participate in agile/scrum meetings and contribute to product planning.</li><li>Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system and component library.</li><li>Ensure consistent UX patterns and visual styles across the product suite.</li><li>Use design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experiences.</li></ul>Required Qualifications :- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). - Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required to code, but good to understand)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
