We are seeking a highly experienced Senior C++ Engineer or Software Architect to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C/C++development, advanced architectural skills, and strong knowledge of build systems for multilayered software. You will work on software design and redesign for complex architectures, maintain and evolve Make/C Make-based build systems, troubleshoot build-related issues, and contribute to the development of a new Bazel-based build system. This role requires a strong understanding of C/C++ compilation workflows, dependencies, linking, and tool chain behavior in large-scale environments. development.Responsibilities : <ul><li>Design, redesign, and refactor multilayered architectures (e.g., PAL, HAL), including writing prototypes and pilot components.</li><li>Support component owners and ensure correct implementation of refactoring efforts.</li><li>Maintain and improve Make/CMake-based build systems supporting multiple layers and platforms.</li><li>Collaborate on the development of a new Bazel-based build system.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve build-system&ndash;related defects across complex C/C++ projects.</li></ul>Technical Requirements : <ul><li>15+ years of experience as a C++ developer or software architect.</li><li>Strong expertise in Makefiles (GNU Make) and CMake.</li><li>Deep understanding of the C/C++ compilation process (dependencies, linking, object files).</li><li>Architectural skills, including design/redesign/refactoring of multilayered systems (e.g., PAL, HAL layers).</li><li>Experience troubleshooting build-system&ndash;related defects, such as:</li></ul>incorrect include order or missing headers missing/incorrect/wrong-version libraries wrong library locations linker errors and toolchain inconsistencies<ul><li>Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation.</li><li>Experience with Git and GitHub.</li></ul>Experience with Bazel (integration, migration, or build-systemJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
