Doart Energy is looking for an Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and office support tasks to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the organization&rsquo;s office environment.Office Administration<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.</li><li>Prepare official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.</li><li>Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or executives.</li><li>Support HR and finance teams in onboarding, payroll documentation, and staff records management.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.</li><li>Coordinate procurement of goods and services following company policies.</li><li>Track budgets and support the finance team in preparing reports when required.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Record-Keeping<ul><li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>3 to 4 years of proven experience in an administrative role</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.</li><li>Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
