</b></p><ul><li>Apply the divisional strategy within the area of responsibility.</li>
<li>Integrating new employees into the workflow and team. Promote team spirit.</li>
<li>Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with the interfaces.</li>
<li>Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager.</li>
<li>Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Coordinating and implementing digitization projects in cooperation with the interfaces. Optimizing and mapping new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems.</li>
<li>Adhere to approved budget and initiate appropriate action on impending and identified variances in coordination with manager.</li>
<li>Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.</li>
<li>Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.</li><br>

<b>Job Profile-specific Building Blocks:
</b></p><ul><li>Drive the product development activities along the different LtO-stages in close collaboration with Sales</li>
<li>Being &quot;technical&quot; integral part of the opportunity team for all customer projects (LtO), thereby responsible for project management and project controlling as well as checking product requests for technical feasibility</li>
<li>Identifying gaps in the product range and establishing and constantly updating the product sub-range in collaboration with Application and BU's Deliver suitable product solutions in line with the given requirements into the LtO / for our customers</li>
<li>Depending on technical and conventional request, potential / strategic aspects and existing portfolio (AZURE) the following possibilities for execution (project types) are given: Assortment, Application, Development, Technical Development</li><br>

</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor in beverage or food technology, Biotechnology or a comparable natural science studies.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience.</li>
<li>French language is a must.</li><br>
