 Teamlead Logistics
 
 to be employed for
 
 Bal&inodot;kesir
 
 (Marmara) factory with following qualifications;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Role
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure that logistics (planning, organization, and execution) and shipment processes are carried out in line with the planned/targeted time, cost, and efficiency criteria, in accordance with customer needs and requirements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage warehouse operations and shipment processes in compliance with company procedures and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely monitor product inbound, return, and outbound processes; plan ahead and take actions to ensure operations run at the fastest and most optimal level
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze logistics and shipment operation KPIs; identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth execution of product/raw material inbound and outbound processes, maintaining continuous communication between relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and manage periodic stock counts
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure implementation and enforcement of occupational health &amp; safety and environmental protection measures
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Profile
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Logistics,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in logistics processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in written and spoken English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in SAP EWM or WM,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking skills with advanced presentation and reporting abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented, inquisitive, and research-driven,
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to travel,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 For male candidates: completion of mandatory military service
 </li>
