Job DescriptionDORSWOOD is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at a government facility in Jefferson City, Missouri.This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage cleaning staff, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and oversee all cleaning operations during assigned shifts</li><li>Ensure all work is completed according to contract standards</li><li>Perform inspections and maintain quality control</li><li>Train and support cleaning staff as needed</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for DORSWOOD management</li><li>Maintain cleaning logs, reports, and documentation</li><li>Ensure building security procedures are followed (locking doors, restricted access, etc.)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of janitorial or cleaning experience</li><li>Prior supervisory or team lead experience REQUIRED</li><li>Experience with commercial or government facilities preferred</li></ul>Supervision Requirement<ul><li>Must be a working supervisor</li><li>Present during cleaning operations</li><li>Actively involved in work when needed</li><li>Responsible for team performance and quality</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 6.0 &ndash; 12.0 per weekWork Location: In person
