This position is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to build experience in the service industry, experience preferred but not necessary. Weekend availability is a must.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage waitlists, and seat guests efficiently to minimize wait times</li><li>Assist with reservations and manage guest flow during busy hours</li><li>Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation standards are maintained</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area</li><li>Provide attentive guest service by answering questions about menu items or restaurant policies</li><li>Support team members by assisting with basic server duties when needed, such as refilling drinks or clearing tables</li><li>Weekend availability is a must</li><li>Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town!</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional phone etiquette and hospitality skills to ensure positive guest interactions</li></ul>This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their career in a dynamic restaurant setting.
