<div>JOB SUMMARY:
The Content Specialist is responsible for producing externally focused content that drives qualified traffic, leads and sales by helping to establish our company as the #1 trusted authority in secondary packaging. 


ESSENTIAL MARKETING DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Steward our mission (to enrich lives by providing differentiated packaging automation and services) and values (unwavering integrity, servant&rsquo;s heart, ownership spirit and continuous innovation and improvement)
<ul><li>
Consistently develop content that drives revenue, educates readers and answers key questions of our target audiences.</li><li>
Publish at least three new written pieces of content per week.
</li><li>Interview internal subject matter experts and conduct independent research to enable content development.</li><li>
Edit, proofread and improve other writers&rsquo; materials.</li><li>
Use AI tools to optimize efficiency for the content creation process.</li><li>
Ensure content development enhances and supports SEO/AEO/GEO efforts for websites.</li><li>
Construct storyboards to enable video production that support content strategies.</li><li>
Produce premium content, including eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, etc., used to convert leads.</li><li>
Nurture, protect and enhance our corporate image and brand.</li><li>
Other Duties as Assigned: Respond with flexibility to the needs of the business &ndash; both internally and externally &ndash; by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management.</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS in English, Journalism, Public Relations or industry applicable field and/or equivalent content development experience.
