Dr. Zarqa&rsquo;s ClinicWe are looking for a highly competent Website &amp; Google Ads Manager to take complete ownership of our clinic&rsquo;s website and Google Ads campaigns.This role is not for beginners or freelancers experimenting on live websites. We need someone who understands healthcare websites, lead generation, conversions, compliance, and performance tracking, and can execute without constant supervision.If you have previously managed medical, dermatology, cosmetic, or healthcare websites, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Website Management<ul><li>Full ownership of website health, structure, and performance</li></ul>update:<ul><li>Treatments &amp; services pages</li><li>Pricing / packages / offers (with approvals)</li><li>Landing pages for campaigns &amp; promotions</li></ul>Ensure:<ul><li>Zero broken links, layout issues, or mobile errors</li><li>Fast loading speed (Core Web Vitals)</li><li>Clean UI/UX suitable for a premium medical brand</li></ul>Maintain:<ul><li>Proper page hierarchy, URLs, meta titles &amp; descriptions</li><li>Image optimization (no blurry or stretched visuals)</li><li>Coordinate with marketing team before making any major changes</li><li>Backup management &amp; basic security monitoring</li></ul>SEO <ul><li>On-page SEO optimization for services &amp; locations</li><li>Local SEO setup (Google Business Profile optimization)</li><li>Proper schema for medical/clinic services (basic understanding required)</li><li>Regular audit for indexing issues, errors, or drops</li></ul>Google Ads Management (Mandatory)<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage Google Search Ads</li></ul>Create:<ul><li>High-converting landing pages for ads</li><li>Ad copies compliant with healthcare policies</li></ul>Manage:<ul><li>Keywords, budgets, bidding strategies</li><li>Conversion tracking (forms, calls, WhatsApp)</li></ul>Monitor:<ul><li>Cost per lead</li><li>Conversion rates</li><li>Wasted spend &amp; irrelevant traffic</li><li>Provide clear monthly performance reports</li></ul>(Leads, CPL, spend, recommendations)Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team</li><li>Take responsibility for mistakes and fix them fast</li><li>Suggest improvements instead of waiting for instructions</li><li>Maintain a change log for website updates</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;4+ years experience managing professional websites</li></ul>Proven experience with:<ul><li>WordPress (or similar CMS)</li><li>Google Ads (Search-focused)</li><li>Google Analytics &amp; Google Tag Manager</li><li>Experience with healthcare / aesthetic / medical websites is a BIG plus</li></ul>Strong understanding of:<ul><li>Landing page optimization</li><li>Conversion tracking</li><li>Mobile-first design</li><li>Attention to detail, no careless edits, no guesswork</li></ul>What We Don&rsquo;t Want (Read Carefully)<ul><li>❌ Fresh graduates with &ldquo;basic knowledge&rdquo;</li><li>❌ Freelancers juggling 10 clients at once</li><li>❌ Anyone who edits a live website without testing</li><li>❌ Anyone who runs ads without tracking conversions</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work with one of Lahore&rsquo;s most trusted aesthetic clinics</li><li>Long-term role with growth potential</li><li>Clear authority &amp; decision-making structure</li><li>A brand that values quality, precision, and results</li></ul>If you take pride in clean execution, measurable results, and maintaining high standards, this is where your work will truly matter.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
