Job Description Summary:
The Sr. Program Planner/Scheduler is critical to managing Draper programs. This role is responsible for developing the Integrated Master Schedule, working with CAMs and the PM to identify all schedule dependencies. The incumbent will update status per the business rhythm, run metrics, and meet with program leadership to identify schedule slips and mitigate risks. The Program Planner/Scheduler, Senior will also act as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Planning best practices expert for the program and will work closely with Finance to track budget and ETCs. Job Description Summary:
Supports Program Manager(s) and/or Director(s) in the completion of administrative and managerial assignments contributing to the execution of projects/programs of various size and complexity.
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assists in the development and maintenance of project/program documentation to include project/program plans, Integrated Master Schedule, opportunity/risk/issue tracking, purchase requisitions, action item tracking, lessons learned, etc. Monitors project/program budget.</li><li>
Works under the supervision of the Product Line Director or Program Director or assigned Program Manager.</li><li>
Serves as alternate customer contact for program information.</li><li>
Supports Program Manager(s) and/or Director(s) in business development within current customer base and/or for new customers.
</li><li>Facilitate program reporting using prescribed business tools.</li><li>
Regularly interacts with project/program team members.</li><li>
Effectively conveys work results to the project/program team and supervisors in oral and written form; clearly communicates with management and peers on routine matters.</li><li>
Initiates Lifecycle Management (LCM) planning for project/program.</li></ul>
Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Awareness of basic project/program management tools, processes and techniques to assist with project/program activities to meet the successful execution of assigned project/program.</li><li>
Ability to organize programmatic information for effective planning, execution, project/program monitoring and control, and decision-making.

$82,300.00 - $220,000.00
