About The Role:
The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for driving a high-performance culture by embedding performance frameworks and cascading OKRs across the organization. The role oversees the performance management cycle, analyzes data to enhance employee development, and leads talent and succession planning initiatives. Additionally, it drives engagement and recognition programs, fosters an inclusive workplace culture, and leverages insights from feedback and exit interviews to support continuous improvement and employee retention. 
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Embedding a performance framework &amp; cascading OKR&rsquo;s.</li>
<li>Oversee the performance management process, working with managers to set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews using the Performance Management System.
</li><li>Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee development.
</li><li>Design, implement, and manage talent development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
</li><li>Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to foster growth and retention.
</li><li>Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of internal talent for key roles.
</li><li>Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
</li><li>Revamped company-wide recognition efforts with a new strategy, including diverse categories. Led the creation and launch of a user-friendly employee recognition app to boost engagement and foster a culture of appreciation.</li>
<li>Conducting comprehensive exit interviews with departing employees, analyzing this feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.</li>

Requirements
Required Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul>

<li>Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.</li></ul> 
Education &amp; Experience:<ul>
<li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.</li>
<li>+3 years of experience preferable in Talent Management and Employee Engagement or as a generalist</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with various departments</li>

About The Role
As a Partners Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong partnerships with merchants for our client loyalty programs. You will play a crucial role in building a robust network of merchants by receiving and responding to partnership requests. Your expertise in identifying high-value merchants and implementing revenue-increasing strategies will be essential in advising our commercial units. 
Collaboration with the Partnerships team will be a key aspect of your role. You will work closely with them to ensure the timely delivery of merchant deals, aligning with the needs of our clients. Additionally, you will liaise with our Legal department to review and revise merchant contracts, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements and are compliant.

<li>Prepare tailored communication materials and support the Partnerships team.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve merchant performance in ongoing projects.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance reviews, track payments, and focus on revenue growth.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul><li>0:2 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, or Sales.</li><li>Graduates from any related discipline are welcome to apply.</li><li>Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.</li><li>Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office applications are required.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.</li></ul>
