About The Role:
The People Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the team with coordination, administration, implementation and maintenance of various processes and programs.
As the People Operations Specialist you will manage and coordinate the end-to-end process for HR Operations through the employee lifecycle, coordinating with key departments including Finance and Operations to handle new starters, leavers, and monthly changes.
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
First point of contact regarding annual leave queries Administer the starter / leaver processes including all documentation, induction processes and exit interviews</li><li>
Maintain and update electronic and hard copy personnel record systems containing all employment-related information including absence, holidays, starters and leavers, benefits
</li><li>Maintain Medical Insurance Administration including additions, deletions, and any employee-related queries
</li><li>Prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions</li></ul><ul><li>
Supports the People &amp; Culture department with all administration and/or coordination of People &amp; Culture functions, initiatives and legislative requirements</li><li>
Respond to questions, requests and concerns from talent and management regarding the company, P&amp;C programs, policies and guidelines</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and security of records, files, and information</li><li>
Generate P&amp;C data reports as required or as requested</li><li>
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., reference checks, Workplace Policies, applicant self-identification forms, department orientation checklist, etc.)</li><li>
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations</li><li>
Provides on-boarding support to P&amp;C Team &amp; hiring managers
</li><li>Maintain recognition milestones and birthday calendars
</li><li>Maintain updated organization charts
</li><li>Support on ad hoc P&amp;C projects when required</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or a related field.</li><li>
2-3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Services.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.</li><li>
Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>
High attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>
Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive business growth, and support client success. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role will be responsible for planning and managing multi-channel campaigns, creating impactful content, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. <li>Collaborate with the commercial team to design tailored marketing strategies for client accounts.
</li><li>Develop and execute campaigns that boost engagement, visibility, and sales volumes.
</li><li>Create customized marketing activations and seasonal campaigns to support client objectives.
</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
</li><li>Act as a marketing consultant for accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs and company solutions.</li>

Requirements
