About The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our People &amp; Culture department at Dsquares. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our HR team.
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding Administration policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage calendars and executive schedules to ensure streamlined operations and effective time management.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.</li>
<li>Organize office meetings, and training sessions, including catering and logistics.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.</li>
<li>Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and security by coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff.</li>
<li>Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed ensuring inventory is well-stocked, and manage vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with expense tracking and budget management.</li>
<li>Maintain records for all office expenses and submit reports to the finance department.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing information and assistance to visitors and staff.</li>

Requirements
Skills &amp; Abilities:

<li>Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li>

About the Job
We&rsquo;re hiring an Operational Accounting to manage client collections &amp; merchant's payment &amp; managing end-to-end operational accounting processes related to collecting from clients and settling dues with merchants. 
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Responsible for end-to-end operational accounting processes related to collecting from clients and settling dues with merchants.</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on client collections to ensure timely inflows and availability of funds for merchant settlements.</li>
<li>Reconcile merchant accounts monthly to ensure accuracy between collected revenue and merchant payments.</li>
<li>Review and validate merchant invoices through tax portals and email, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.</li>
<li>Post journal entries and transactional data (invoices, collections, payments) in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).</li>
<li>Review and approve payment requests to merchants and monitor fund transfers.</li>
<li>Ensure payments to merchants are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate and prepare monthly financial reports and merchant aging analysis for management.</li>
<li>Communicate with merchants to resolve technical and non-technical issues related to outstanding dues and payments.</li>
<li>Download and analyze monthly reports from client and tax portals to reconcile transactions.</li>
<li>Handle merchant reconciliations, confirmations, and respond to inquiries and disputes.</li>
<li>Issue AR (Accounts Receivable) invoices to clients and ensure proper revenue recognition.</li>
<li>Calculate commissions and transaction fees per client, and prepare monthly commission sheets.</li>
<li>Reconcile revenue redemption and cost redemption accounts for accuracy and audit compliance.</li>
<li>Oversee operations for specific markets (e.g., Orange Jordan), ensuring full account reconciliation and reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date shared documentation and ensure accuracy of data across reports and sheets</li>
<li>Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities with accurate and timely reporting.</li>
</ul>Requirements
Required Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles.
</li><li>Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus.</li>

</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of relevant experience.</li>
