About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our HR department at Dsquares. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our HR team.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding Administration policies and procedures.
</li><li>Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
</li><li>Organize office meetings, and training sessions, including catering and logistics.
</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
</li><li>Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and security by coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff.
</li><li>Maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed ensuring inventory is well stocked, and managing vendor relationships.
</li><li>Process invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with expense tracking and budget management.</li>
<li>Maintain records for all office expenses and submit reports to the finance department.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for office related inquiries, providing information and assistance to visitors and staff.</li>
<li>Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and rooms schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.</li>

About the role
As a Head of Channels Development, you will work on managing Dsquares current business partners and approach new partners mainly in the GCC, and East/West/North Africa. These partners will get B2B leads to Dsqaures.
You will also be developing and managing sales channels through selected partners, creating and implementing partner specific business plans that delivers sales growth for Dsquares.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul>

Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between Dsquares BD team and assigned channel partners in the potential leads.</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective regional channel partners.</li>
<li>Responsible for approaching and signing agreements with regional potential partners in the targeted territories.</li>
<li>Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.</li>
<li>Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams.</li>
<li>Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner agreements.</li>
<li>Participate in the partner planning process that focuses on mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and main milestones associated with a profitable partner relationship.</li>

<li>Previous experience of driving channel sales.</li>
<li>B2B experience is a must.</li>
<li>Experience selling in the Software Development Tools space via channel partnerships.</li>
<li>Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product.</li>
<li>Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales.</li>

About The Role:
As a Partnerships Sr. Executive, you will be working on acquiring, managing and retaining key merchants across all B2C market sectors to meet Dsquares KPI&rsquo;s in KSA. In addition to building relationships with existing merchants.
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul>

Building new partnerships with different merchants to secure exclusive offers and promotions.</li>
<li>Acts as a focal point between the partnerships team and the other departments and communicate with other departments to ensure the overall satisfaction of Merchants.</li>
<li>Provide regular reporting of performance and plans to senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Follow up with the different departments on finalizing new deals with partners.</li>
<li>Achieve and meet communicated targets in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Prospect and acquire new key partners in the market to benefit Dsquares client needs.</li>
<li>Maintaining relationships with his/her key accounts and understanding their needs and requirements.</li>
