Position Overview</div>
This Analyst is a critical operational and compliance role within Duly's healthcare procurement function. This analyst ensures supply and drug ordering accuracy, inventory health, and price change management &mdash; ensuring that clinics and departments across all sites of care are ordering the right products at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right cost.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Core Responsibilities</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Ordering Compliance &amp; Monitoring - Monitor purchasing activity across clinics and departments to ensure orders align with approved formularies, contracted suppliers, and established clinical protocols.</h3><ul><li>
Review daily and weekly ordering data across all sites to identify non-formulary purchases, unauthorized substitutions, or deviations from approved product lists</li><li>
Flag and investigate departments or clinicians ordering outside of established procurement guidelines</li><li>
Monitor purchasing patterns for waste, misuse, stockpiling, or policy non-compliance</li><li>
Partner with clinic managers to educate staff on correct ordering procedures and preferred products</li><li>
Maintain approved product lists, current contracts, and formulary decisions</li><li>
Coordinate with pharmacy teams on controlled substance ordering compliance and report discrepancies</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Inventory Management &amp; Controls - Own the integrity of inventory data and par level performance across Duly's clinic and facility network, ensuring that supply levels reflect clinical need without excess waste or stockout risk.</h3><ul><li>
Monitor on-hand inventory levels against established par levels for drugs and medical supplies</li><li>
Identify and investigate inventory variances &mdash; including overstock, understock, expiring product, and shrinkage &mdash; and drive timely resolution with site teams</li><li>
Flag and address high-risk inventory situations, including impending drug shortages</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Price Change Management &amp; Margin Protection &ndash; Ensure cost increases are evaluated and that the appropriate clinical, financial, and procurement stakeholders take timely action.</h3><ul><li>
Monitor supplier pricing feeds, contract amendments, and GPO notifications for price changes</li><li>
Assess the financial impact of pricing changes against current utilization data, contracts, and budgets</li><li>
Coordinate with pharmacy, value analysis, and finance teams to evaluate product substitutions</li><li>
Ensure pricing updates are accurately reflected in procurement systems and order guides</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting - Translate procurement, inventory, and pricing data into clear, actionable insights that enable leaders across the organization to make informed decisions quickly.</h3><ul><li>
Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track ordering compliance, inventory health, and price change activity across all sites</li><li>
Prepare executive-level summaries of procurement control performance, including exception rates, resolution timelines, and financial impact</li><li>
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline monitoring workflows using available procurement and ERP system capabilities</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required</h3><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in healthcare procurement, pharmacy purchasing, or related healthcare role</li><li>
Working knowledge of healthcare formulary management, par levels, and GPO contract structures</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets to identify anomalies, trends, and actionable insights</li><li>
Experience with Excel, Procurement/ERP platforms, and Contract management skills required</li><li>
Strong analytical skills used to connect operational findings to clinical and financial implications</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to monitoring and documentation</li><li>
Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA, DEA regulations, etc.)</li><li>

Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the Rehabilitation Technician will be responsible for:
Patient care, support, and guidance
Execute plans of care under guidance of PT/OT providers.
Proper set up and adjustment of exercise equipment.
Assist with set up and delivery of modalities (e.g., electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hot/cold packs, etc.)
Utilize appropriate educational techniques including demonstration and cueing to ensure patient understanding of exercises.
Monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
Discuss patient performance with PT/OT provider.
Clinic flow
Monitor patient arrivals to department.
Start patients on time for scheduled appointments/keep patients apprised of any clinician delays.
Maintain cleanliness of clinic, including waiting areas, exam rooms, and all equipment.
Order all supplies to keep clinic stocked, under direction from Manager.
Front end tasks
Perform necessary front-end tasks including but not limited to check-in, co-pay/financial responsibility collection, answering phones, and scheduling future appointments.
Communicate via chat with PT/OT and Chiropractic referral team regarding patient insurance benefits.
Schedule management for clinicians (i.e., patient confirmation calls, rescheduling patients as needed).
Qualifications:
CPR certification required (certification offered through Duly Health and Care)
High School Diploma
Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations.
Understand principles, as well as contraindications/precautions in the use of therapy modalities.
Can identify proper patient set-up on each piece of equipment with the ability to adjust.
