</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Overview:</h2>
This unique hybrid role bridges merchandising strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate combines a merchandiser's focus on product presentation and conversion with a developer's ability to build and optimize site functionality. You'll shape brand-specific experiences across Dunlop Sport's family of brands, ensuring each brand's digital presence aligns with its positioning while driving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
DTC Website Revenue and Customer Growth<ul><li>
Lead website optimization strategy across all five brand sites to maximize conversion and average order value</li><li>
Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs with focus on lifetime value</li><li>
Develop pricing and promotional strategies that protect brand equity while driving DTC growth</li><li>
Build first-party customer database and personalization capabilities across all brand websites</li><li>
Manage website functionality, user experience, and checkout optimization with IT team</li></ul>
Site Merchandising &amp; UX Execution<ul><li>
Manage category pages, product sequencing, promotions, and content placement in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)</li><li>
Ensure merchandising execution aligns with each brand's distinct positioning (XXIO's luxury concierge style, Srixon's tour-driven performance story, Cleveland's short-game authority)</li><li>
Create comprehensive product content strategy including A+ pages, brand stores, video, and enhanced listings</li><li>
Ensure consistent brand presentation while optimizing for each platform's conversion requirement</li></ul>
Front-End Development &amp; Technical Execution<ul><li>
Build, customize, and troubleshoot front-end components, templates, and content slots in SFCC</li><li>
Implement technical customization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ISML</li><li>
Partner with IT, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotions</li><li>
Coordinate digital product launches and seasonal merchandising campaign</li></ul>
Conversion Optimization &amp; Personalization<ul><li>
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to maximize CVR and AOV across brand sites</li><li>
Leverage Salesforce Einstein, CDP data, and Generative Experience Optimization (GEO) tools for dynamic personalization</li><li>
Develop competitive pricing intelligence and dynamic pricing strategies</li><li>
Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation for DTC and digital wholesale channel</li></ul>
Strategic Digital Accounts Management<ul><li>
Manage key relationships and performance across Digital Only accounts (e.g., Amazon) and golf-specific platforms</li><li>
Optimize digital shelf presence including content, advertising, search optimization, and placement</li><li>
Coordinate platform-specific strategies that complement DTC sales</li><li>
Negotiate promotional opportunities, secure premium placements, and manage advertising budgets</li><li>
Oversee product catalog management and inventory coordination across all digital channel</li></ul>
Performance Analytics and ROI Optimization<ul><li>
Track and optimize key metrics including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, channel profitability, and market share</li><li>
Develop reporting dashboards that measure incremental impact of DTC vs. third-party channels</li><li>
Analyze customer behavior data to improve product mix, merchandising decisions, and channel strategy</li><li>
Provide digital channel insights to inform brand strategy, product development, and marketing investment</li><li>
Monitor competitive digital strategies and recommend tactical response</li></ul>
Professional Program and Channel Coordination<ul><li>
Oversee ExpertVoice program to drive professional advocacy while protecting consumer pricing</li><li>
Balance professional access with full-price sales objectives across all digital channels</li><li>
Coordinate professional program strategy with trade marketing and brand teams</li><li>
Manage digital-only wholesale accounts and specialty platform relationships</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience
Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or comparable experience with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience</li><li>
Prior experience bridging technical customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ISML) with ecommerce merchandising</li><li>
Valid driver's license with ability to travel as needed</li></ul>
Strongly Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience working across multi-brand portfolios or premium consumer products</li><li>
