Job Title: Sales Manager (Female)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Manager with experience in the tile/ceramics industry to lead retail sales (Point of Sale) operations and drive business development through strategic lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing showroom sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market reach through contractors, architects, and builders.Key Responsibilities:1. Point of Sale (POS) Management<ul><li>Oversee daily showroom sales operations for tiles and related products.</li><li>Assist walk-in customers in product selection (ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, sanitary ware, etc.).</li><li>Ensure excellent customer experience and high conversion rates.</li><li>Maintain product displays, catalogues, and pricing accuracy.</li><li>Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals.</li><li>Train and supervise sales staff at the showroom.</li></ul>2.
